16 Years is the 7th episode of NCIS Season 13 and also the 289th episode of the entire NCIS series.
Synopsis
As the NCIS team investigate the murder of a retired Navy Lieutenant which occurred in a forest, they soon learn that Ducky is a member of a secret society dedicated to solving cold cases while Abby is left extremely guilt-ridden after learning that she may have been responsible for putting an innocent man in jail for sixteen long years when the team discover that she was the one who conducted the test that led to the man's imprisonment in the first place.
