Biography
Pre-Series
Born November 1960 or 1961, Parker is the son of Roman Parker and an unnamed woman as well as the younger or older brother of a woman who is also an Admiral in the United States Navy. This woman may be named “Lily”, or Lily may be another, younger female relative to Parker.
As a teenager, Parker hung out with Billy Doyle. This eventually culminated in the two of them getting arrested for stealing a hub cap from a car shop in Philadelphia.
As such, Parker was sent to juvenile detention, the experience drastically changing him but due to the incident being on his criminal record, he was permanently barred from joining the Navy although he later joined the United States Marine Corps.
After being discharged from the Marines, Parker joined the FBI.
In 1997, he met Vivian Kolchak with the two getting married sometime later although they separated and divorced in 2005, citing irreconcilable differences.
With Kolchak later resigning from the FBI, Parker remained at the Bureau, presumably working on numerous cases. He also met Jeremy Brighton who became his partner, the two working together.
However, during an investigation into Clayton Wills, a gunfight erupted that resulted in Parker firing a round that hit Brighton and paralyzed him, confining him to a wheelchair for the rest of his life.
Parker was later so guilt-ridden over what had happened that he could not forgive himself and closed off with Brighton eventually leaving the FBI as a result of his injury.
