Alina Rostoff (Russian: Алина Ростова, Alina Rostoff) was a woman who was the foster sister of NCIS Special Agent G. Callen.

Callen was her foster brother for a little while when she was four and he was 14. Alina was the biological daughter of the couple who took him in.
