Synopsis
Harm investigates when an F-14 testing a joint U.S.-Israeli anti-missile system crashes near an elementary school in California with Harm dealing with a young eager junior officer as well as local tensions while Bud's anger management classes don't go well when a fight erupts and Mac and General Cresswell go head-to-head on the shooting range.
