Synopsis
Let go from the CIA, Harm takes a job as a crop-duster and meets Mattie, a fourteen year old tomboy and owner/operator of "Grace Aviation" while the JAG team is thrown into disarray when it's revealed that Navy Commander Caroline Imes's law credentials are fake.
