Carlton Mane is a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.
Biography[]

Mane was born on February 19, 1979 and after finishing high school, enlisted in the United States Navy.
He later graduated from the Naval Academy with honors with Mane even receiving basic intelligence training with a receipt of special intelligence security clearance.
Manes was then assigned to an operational shore tour with his first assignment lasting for 24 months. Once that was complete, he then spent another 24 months at a black ops center as an intelligence officer.
