Charles Randolph is a man.
Biography[]
Pre-Series[]
Born in an unknown area in the United States, not much is known about Randolph's past except for the fact that he joined the DOD- Department of Defense, working as an engineer on an experimental jet program.
At some point, he was in a relationship with an unknown woman that ended up the two separating.
Randolph later began attending the Namaka Ale House, a bar that unbeknownst to him and many others was secretly run by the Chinese Ministry of State or MSS with Randolph becoming a target of the spy ring that operated inside the bar.
It was during one of those meetings he befriended Sally, one of the cocktail waitresses who worked there and the two began a relationship, Randolph unaware Sally was using him to help her associates get key information concerning the jet program.
NCIS: Hawaii Season 1[]
Randolph made his first and only appearance in the NCIS: Hawaii Season 1 premiere episode, "Pilot" where he was seen talking to Sally, the couple having met for drinks at the bar.
A while later, the two left, Big Luna and NCIS Special Agent Kai Holman who had gone into the bar, undercover tailing the two.
When Big Luna attempted to attack Kai, he used his duress word, "I'm new to the island" which prompted his colleagues, NCIS Special Agents Jane Tennant, Jesse Boone and Lucy Tara to respond immediately, the group splitting up as Kai and Big Luna fought one another, the fight ending when Big Luna.
As Jane and Kai chased after Big Luna, Jesse and Lucy burst into the upstairs room, Jesse apprehending Sally as Randolph lay on the bed, presumably unconscious from the drinks he'd been consuming which had been spiked while Lucy after a brief struggle arrested Myra Tran, a bartender who was also a member of the spy ring.
Randolph's final fate is not known but it's presumed that after the drugs were out of his system, he regained consciousness and made a full recovery.
