Synopsis
Harm defends a Navy SEAL who disobeying orders went to back to rescue a team member who was wounded in a firefight with both officers dying while Chegwidden faces an inquiry after being caught slapping a loudmouth high school student with Mac serving as Chegwidden's counsel.
