Crossing The Line is the 15th episode of NCIS Season 16 and the 369th episode of the entire NCIS series.
Synopsis
The NCIS team investigates a man overboard fatality from a Navy destroyer at sea with the investigation soon revealing that his death was due to consuming an energy drink that was laced with drugs while Torres is frustrated with Vance's assignment to mentor three high school students.
