Dave Flynn is an NCIS Special Agent and the Forensic Scientist for the NCIS: Red Team.

Dave made his debut appearance in the NCIS: Los Angeles Season 4 episode, "Red Part 1" where he was seen cooking dinner for the NCIS: Red Team.

Dave was brought to Los Angeles to run operations in Eric and Nell's absence.
