David Chisum (born February 5. 1971) is an actor who appeared in the JAG Season 1 episode Recovery (JAG Season 1 episode) as Video Tech, the JAG Season 8 episode Empty Quiver (episode) as Navy Petty Officer Dott, and the NCIS: Los Angeles Season 4 episode Dead Body Politic (episode) as Andrew Ryan.
He later had a recurring role in NCIS as David Woods.
Chisum retired from acting in 2018.
