David Walters was a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy and also an aviator as well as the boyfriend of Noelani Illihau.

Born in Grand Falls Rapid, Michigan, not much is known about Walters's early life except for the fact that he had a family and a sister.
Walters later graduated from high school and after that, joined the United States Navy, attending the United States Naval Academy. He then conducted various assignments before he became an official Navy aviator.
