Day in Court is the 9th episode of NCIS Season 13 and the 291st episode of the entire NCIS series.
Synopsis
After a Petty Officer's case is dismissed due to a mishandled warrant, the Petty Officer volunteers to be court-martialed on the condition that NCIS agree to conduct their own investigation into the dismissed case. Bishop and Jake discuss their martial problems, with Jake revealing a secret that ultimately threatens to destroy their marriage forever.
