Delilah Fielding McGee is a Department of Defense employee and the girlfriend, now wife of NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee.
She is also the mother of Morgan McGee and John McGee II, sister-in-law of Sarah McGee, daughter-in-law of the late Navy Admiral John McGee and granddaughter-in-law to Penelope Langston.
Biography
Pre-Series
Delilah attended CMU before joining the Department of Defense.
NCIS Season 10
Although she does not appear in the episode, in Damned If You Do (episode), Tim mentions she helped him get past Richard Parsons' firewall.
NCIS Season 11
In Whiskey Tango Foxtrot (episode), while at a cafe, talking about SECNAV Clayton Jarvis' death, Delilah meets Abby.
In Kill Chain, after arriving at the Conrad Gala with Tim, Tony rang Tim to notify him that Benham Parsa was planning to bomb the hotel and to evacuate. Delilah was still inside with many other guests while Tim rushed to evacuate everyone.
At the hospital, Delilah flatlined before a group of nurses came and got her into surgery.
In the next episode, after Tim has his Psych-Eval we find out that a piece of shrapnel pierced her spinal cord and she is now paralyzed (most likely from the waist down/paraplegic).
Her wheelchair has a green frame with a low back, commonly seen on most custom wheelchairs for a similar mobility range.
In Page Not Found (episode), Delilah takes a job in Dubai, admitting to McGee that she wants a change. She agrees to go only if they can make a long-distance relationship work. McGee gives her a key to his apartment for when she returns.

In Something Blue (episode), Tim and Delilah find out that she is pregnant. They hold a spontaneous wedding with the team at their apartment.

In Prime Cut, Delilah complains about how most electronics and features in the kitchen were tampered by her twins before going behind Tim's back to get a TV show to do the remodel. However, they were rejected, due to not being dysfunctional, but Delilah decided to put it off after seeing the twins' height chart.
