Delilah Fielding McGee is a Department of Defense employee and the girlfriend/wife of NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee.
She is also the mother of Morgan McGee and John McGee II, sister-in-law of Sarah McGee, daughter-in-law of the late Navy Admiral John McGee and granddaughter-in-law to Penelope Langston.

After arriving at the Conrad Gala with Tim, Tony rang Tim to notify him that Benham Parsa was planning to bomb the hotel and to evacuate; Delilah was still inside with many other guests. Tim rushed the guests out.
At the hospital Delilah flatlined before a group of nurses came and got her into surgery.
In the next episode after Tim has his PhyscEval we find out that a piece of shrapnel pierced her spinal cord and she is now paralysed (most likely from the waist down/paraplegic).
Her wheelchair has a green frame with a low back, commonly seen on most custom wheelchairs for a similar mobility range.

In Prime Cut, Delilah complains about how most electronics and features in the kitchen were tampered by her twins before going behind Tim's back to get a TV show to do the remodel. However, they were rejected, due to not being dysfunctional, but Delilah decided to put it off after seeing the twins' height chart.
