Desperate Measures is the ninth episode of NCIS: Hawaii Season 2 as well as the 31st episode of the entire NCIS: Hawaii series.
Synopsis
When Commander Chase is abducted from her home by an Army Ranger who's been accused of murdering a DEA agent working on a task force to identify the person responsible for supplying black market opiates to military personnel, the NCIS: Hawaii team race against time to find and rescue her and apprehend the suspect despite facing hostility from the DEA agent's colleagues who believe the Army Ranger is guilty of the crime.
