Synopsis
The NCIS team investigate the murder of a Navy Seaman Apprentice and discover that it's connected to a disgraced former NCIS Special Agent who was jailed for stealing. With new aspects of the case having emerged, Vance, who was responsible for arresting the disgraced agent, returns to the field and partners with Gibbs to solve the case once and for all.
