Harm, Mac and Mic investigate when three Navy sailors are accused of beating up a civilian owner of a bar with the trio claiming that the man in question raped their fellow shipmate, a woman named Lopez with Harm and Mac prosecuting while Brumby defends the three sailors but as Harm investigates further, he soon discovers that all is not what it seems.
