Eric Beale (full name Eric Bartholomew Beale III, Esq) was a Tech Operator assigned to the Office of Special Projects Team in Los Angeles, a role he served up until his resignation and departure from both OSP and NCIS in May 2021.

As the former tech analyst of NCIS, Eric was very adept with the technology of OPS and the team often went to him for research on several cases.
Despite not being a field agent, Eric proves himself to be very skilled manipulator, as seen when he successfully deceived a traitor into a trap. He also showed himself to be resourceful, as he evaded two assassins chasing him for a whole day while drugged and sending a hidden message to his team.
