Family Ties is the 13th episode of NCIS Season 15 and also the 343rd episode of the entire NCIS series.
Synopsis
After McGee and Torres visit a high school student who witnessed a hit and run that resulted in the death of a Marine, the investigation hits a snag when the student and her parents flee, leaving the NCIS team struggling to solve the case while Vance's daughter is arrested for shoplifting.
