Synopsis
When a Vietnamese-born Marine confesses to human trafficking charges, Harm and Sturgis are assigned to investigate what happened while Commander Theodore Lindsey returns, bearing a long-standing grudge against those in the JAG office as he promises to overturn the structure of the office.
