Geoffrey Lower (born March 19, 1963) is an American actor who appeared in the JAG Season 10 episode, The Sixth Juror (episode) as Navy Commander Donald Pulone.
He later guest-starred in the NCIS Season 3 episode, Switch (episode) as Navy Commander Robert Morris (Switch).
