Gregory Itzin (April 20, 1948- July 8, 2022) was an actor who appeared in the JAG Season 3 episode, Above and Beyond (episode) as Lawrence Culbertson.
He later had a recurring role in NCIS as Charlie (Yankee White) and also guest-starred in the NCIS Season 17 episode, Ephemera (episode) as Spencer Downing.
Itzin's best role is that of disgraced President Charles Logan in the American TV drama, "24".
Itzin died on July 8, 2022 at the age of 74 due to complications during an emergency surgery.
