Guilt is the 4th episode of JAG Season 7 and the 138th episode of the entire JAG series.
Synopsis
While accompanying guards during the transfer of a Marine Corporal who's accused of rape from the custody of the Indonesians to U.S. custody, the U.S. consulate comes under siege by Indonesians citizens enraged at what's going on, resulting in the death of the Marine NCO. As such, Mac who's the senior officer must get the Marine to safety and also lead the safe evacuation of U.S. citizens assigned to the embassy before the consulate's overrun while back in America, Singer ends up on Harm's bad side during a trial concerning a Navy SEAL who killed a dangerous passenger on an airline flight.
