Jack Simon (AKA "The White Ghost") is a former Marine and the ex-fiancé of NCIS Special Agent, Kensi Blye.
Biography[]

Born in an unknown State in the U.S., not much was revealed about Jack's past except that at some point in his life, he joined the Marines and eventually met NCIS Special Agent Kensi Blye, the two becoming a couple and eventually getting engaged.
During their time together, the couple began a tradition of playing Tetris and eating burritos which they did once a week which they called Tetritos night.
Some time later, Jack was deployed to Afghanistan where he spent an unknown period of time there.
Upon returning to the United States, Jack suffered from severe PTSD- Post-traumatic stress disorder from his time in Afghanistan along with guilt at leaving the Afghani people so vulnerable.
Despite Kensi trying to help him with his medication and even going along with him to his psychiatric appointments, Jack rejected her and closed himself off from her altogether.
On Christmas morning, Kensi awoke to discover that Jack had left without saying goodbye to her. In reality, Jack had left the United States and returned to Afghanistan in hopes of finding some closure. When he arrived in Afghanistan, he realized this was his true home and upon meeting an unnamed Afghani woman, married her and had children.
Unfortunately, the marriage didn't last long as Jack's new Afghani wife and children died in a drone strike that the United States had authorized.
Seeking peace between the CIA and the Afghanis, Jack offered himself as a volunteer with the objective being to create peace talks between the CIA and his fellow Afghanis.
Unfortunately, it didn't work and the CIA, believing Jack was working with the Taliban, gave orders to have him killed with Jack soon adapting the alias, the "White Ghost".
