James Willis was a Commander in the United States Navy.
Biography[]
Pre-Series[]
He was married to Sarah Willis and would manage to become a Navy Commander. He would be apart of the Albert Hathaway jury duty and would be the foreman of the trial.
NCIS Season 15[]
Willis would be kidnapped and killed by a .308. His body was shoved into a barrel and be driven around for a few days before cops would pull the van over, and arrested the driver for theft. His body had been partially erooded by lye at this point.
