Jared Vance is a young man who is the son of NCIS Director Leon Vance and the late Jackie Vance, the younger brother of Kayla Vance and the nephew of Michael Thomas.
He was also a recipient of The Leroy Jethro Gibbs Scholarship Fund along with his sister Kayla.
