Joseph Peter "Joe" Spano (born July 7, 1946) is an actor who came to prominence through his role as Lt. Henry Goldblume on Hill Street Blues.
In recent times, Spano has become well-known for his role as FBI Special Agent Tobias Fornell on the hit CBS crime drama series, NCIS which he also played during his appearance in the NCIS: New Orleans Season 1 episode, It Happened Last Night (episode).
Spano also guest-starred in NCIS's parent series, JAG, appearing in the Season 3 episode, Clipped Wings (episode) as Navy Captain Jack Murphy.
