Biography[]
Pre-Series[]
Born sometime in 2010, Julie is the second and youngest child born to Jane Tennant and her ex-husband, Daniel.
Upon Jane and Daniel splitting up and eventually divorcing altogether, Julie and Alex began regularly staying at both their mother's home and father's house, essentially shuffling back and forth between the two, something that has continued to this day.
At an unknown young age, Julie also became a vegetarian.
NCIS: Hawaii Season 1[]

Julie in the NCIS: Hawaii Season 1 premiere episode, "Pilot".
Julie made her debut appearance in the NCIS: Hawaii Season 1 premiere episode, "Pilot" where she was seen playing as a member of the local all-girls soccer team, Kahala Warriors with her mother, Jane coaching the team while her brother, Alex stayed on the sidelines, examining his phone but the game was interrupted when a group of U.S. Navy security patrol assigned to the Joint Base Police arrived, its member advising everyone to get off the pitch which they all did. She later received a hug and kiss from her mother who took off for the helicopter that had arrived on the field, Jane strapping herself in to one of the seats and as it took off, Julie and Alex waved goodbye with Jane blowing a kiss to her two children.
Presumably, the game continued in Jane's absence or was postponed with Alex later bringing Julie to the house where their mother lived.
A few hours later, after Jane had arrived home and changed clothes, she began cooking dinner for the three of them and even helped Julie with her homework with NCIS Computer Specialist Ernie Malik, Jane's teammate unexpectedly arriving into the house to talk to Jane about a case she was investigating.
With Jane eventually announcing she had to leave, Alex was tasked with finishing dinner for the two and getting Julie herself to bed early much to his dismay, Alex calling it babysitting although Jane told it wasn't and that it was helping which was what families do for each other.
The next evening, as the NCIS Hawaii team gathered at the Tennant house for a late-night dinner, Julie along with Alex were among those in attendance.
