King of the Greenie Board is the first episode of JAG Season 5 and the 86th episode of the entire JAG series.
Synopsis
Now an aviator assigned to the U.S.S. Patrick Henry, Harm is busy flying Tomcats with Lieutenant Skates as his RIO but Lieutenant Andrew Buxton, a young, hotshot pilot eager to prove that he's the best is greatly complicating things while Mac defends a Marine who drank too much before testing a new weapons system that saw 227 acres of wood at Quantico being burnt down.

- It's revealed that Mac has been promoted to Lieutenant Colonel.
- Marine Gunnery Sergeant Victor Galindez is introduced for the first time.
- Following his testimony, Galindez joins the JAG office, becoming the office's "Gunny".
