Synopsis
As Captain Joe Milius returns to Hawai'i, he asks the NCIS: Hawaii team to help catch a dangerous high-value U.S. Government target with the help of an informant unlike anyone they've ever encountered before while Jane and Daniel try to come to terms with Alex's acceptance into the Naval Academy.
