Mr. Rabb Goes to Washington is the eighth episode of JAG Season 4 and the 69th episode of the entire JAG series.
Synopsis
At the request of Congresswoman Latham, Harm assists in a Congressional investigation into whether or not the United States military used Sarin gas during the Gulf War on Americans who were creating chemical weapons for Saddam Hussein while Mac gets an unpleasant surprise when her ex-husband, Chris shows up, seeking money while Royal Australian Navy Lieutenant Commander Mic Brumby arrives to help with the case.
