The NCIS: New Orleans team investigate a severed leg at the harbour that is revealed to have belonged to a recently murdered Petty Officer who Pride mentored. Meanwhile, Brody adjust to life in New Orleans, having recently joined the team on a permanent basis.
2 2 Carrier (episode) September 30, 2014. After a Navy Lieutenant dies after being hit by a taxi whilst on liberty, the team investigate what happened, but things soon take a turn when the autopsy reveals he was suffering with bubonic plague. The team, assisted by NCIS Director Leon Vance, NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo, Forensic Scientist Abigail Sciuto and CDC Officer Carol Wilson, must round up other sailors from the same ship that are on liberty whilst also trying to stop a devastating bio-terrorist attack.
3 3 Breaking Brig (episode) October 7, 2014. The team investigate a bus crash where three prisoners have escaped and three further passengers, two prisoners and a prison guard have died. The discovery that one of those that have escaped is an arms dealer, but it is soon discovered that not everything is as it should appear.

A Navy SEAL shot dead in a sorority house leaves the NCIS team to determine whether it was motivated by one of his many classified missions or foul play, leading to them finding evidence of an underground prostitute ring operating in the college whilst Pride's daughter, Laurel, pays a visit.
5 5 It Happened Last Night (episode) October 21, 2014. A Chief Warrant Officer with the Navy is found dead, having been waterboarded and as the team investigate, they learn that the victim's wife has been kidnapped and is being held for ransom with FBI agent Tobias Fornell later arriving in New Orleans to help the NCIS: New Orleans team with the case.
6 6 Master of Horror (episode) October 28, 2014. As New Orleans celebrates Halloween, the NCIS: New Orleans team investigate the murder of a JAG judge who was found dead in a cemetery in a dress with things becoming intense when the team soon find that a woman's life is hanging in the balance and that an unlikely suspect is the true killer.
7 7 Watch Over Me (episode) November 11, 2014. A Navy officer with top-secret security clearance dies in an apparent road accident in downtown New Orleans, prompting the NCIS: New Orleans team to investigate with the team also discovering the officer's assistant dead in the bathroom of his home, the assistant having been shot in the head.
8 8 Love Hurts (episode) November 18, 2014. The NCIS: New Orleans team investigate when a Navy Petty Officer is found dead in a Mardi Gras float storage facility, the Petty Officer carrying an engagement ring and proposal plan with him but the investigation stalls when the team find themselves unable to uncover any trace whatsoever of his supposed long-term girlfriend. However, Pride, LaSalle and Brody find themselves racing against time to stop a murderous female Columbian assassin from carrying out a potentially devastating attack.

The NCIS: New Orleans team investigate when a weapon is found during a robbery with the weapon being connected to a forty year old cold case that hits close to home for Loretta while the team and New Orleans prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving.
10 10 Stolen Valor (episode) December 16, 2014. The NCIS: New Orleans team investigate the murder of a former SEAL who was dedicated to exposing imposters and the resulting investigation leads them to a Marine who was thought to have been killed in Afghanistan but when evidence suggests that the supposedly dead Marine may actually be alive, Pride and LaSalle head to Afghanistan to bring the Marine home while Brody wonders about LaSalle's issues with Christmas.
11 11 Baitfish (episode) January 6, 2015. When a explosion occurs at the Navy-Marine Relief Gala, injuring Laurel Pride's boyfriend, Orion, Pride and the team jump into action and soon discover that Pride was the intended target of the explosion.

When two civilians are found dead on a research boat, the NCIS team along with CGIS agent Abigail Borin attempt to find the third civilian, a young woman who has gone missing and who is also the daughter of a Navy Admiral while LaSalle searches for his estranged brother.

The team investigate when a Navy Lieutenant Commander and a friend of Pride's arrives at the NCIS: New Orleans building and informs them that he has a fatal case of radiation poisoning with the team teaming with CGIS agent Abigail Borin to determine who poisoned the Navy Lieutenant and why.
14 14 Careful What You Wish For (episode) February 10, 2015. When an NCIS Special Agent is shot dead while on protection detail for an Admiral, the team investigate while Brody finds herself recalling her past as an Agent Afloat on the U.S.S. Moultrie.

As New Orleans celebrates Mardi Gras, the NCIS: New Orleans team investigate the death of a Navy Petty Officer who was stabbed to death and soon discover that it could be connected to a raid scheduled to take place at a gala function while Pride visits his father in prison but doesn't know that his daughter is visiting him too.
16 16 My Brother's Keeper (episode) February 24, 2015. The NCIS team investigate when a Navy recruiter is killed in a hit-and-run with the investigation leading them to two children that the victim fostered and also their recently returned father while LaSalle is concerned that his brother hasn't been making much progress in his treatment.
17 17 More Now (episode) March 10, 2015. Brody and LaSalle become increasingly concerned for Pride when they discover Pride has been obsessively searching for any evidence that suggests that wanted criminal "Baitfish" is active and who Pride believes is killing off his old associates and building a new empire.
18 18 The List (episode) March 24, 2015. The team investigate when a Petty Officer is found dead in a strip club and discover that it could be connected to be two other killings, leading to the possibility of a serial killer while Brody is left surprised when her ex-fiancee pays her a surprise visit.

While conducting an autopsy on a Petty Officer who was thought to have died from natural causes, Loretta, Sebastian and Danny are taken hostage by an armed man who will stop at nothing in getting the body, forcing Pride and the rest of the team into a desperate race against time before an FBI team take charge.
20 20 Rock-A-Bye-Baby (episode) April 14, 2015. The NCIS: New Orleans team join forces with CGIS agent Abigail Borin to find the missing baby daughter of a Navy Commander and his civilian husband.
21 21 You'll Do (episode) April 28, 2015. When Cade's girlfriend is found murdered in the back of her car, Cade is arrested and charged with her murder, forcing Pride and the NCIS: New Orleans team into an uneasy partnership with the New Orleans Police Department as they settle to find who really killed the victim and who framed Cade while an old enemy soon returns with the confrontation ending in tragedy for LaSalle's girlfriend.
22 22 How Much Pain Can You Take? (episode) May 5, 2015. Following the murder of LaSalle's girlfriend, Pride and the NCIS team investigate and the crime scene is soon attacked, leaving two officers dead and four being left wounded with the fifth person being Brody who suffers a deep cut to her right arm. The team later go into overdrive as they attempt to capture Baitfish once and for all while LaSalle who has been left grief-stricken is seeking revenge against Baitfish.
23 23 My City (episode) May 12, 2015. In the aftermath of Paul Jenks's assassination, the NCIS: New Orleans team investigate the murder of a Navy officer at the New Orleans plot and soon discover that a ruthless West African terrorist hellbent on revenge has managed to secretly infiltrate the city, sending the team into a race against time not to only uncover the mole who has been leaking information but also stop the terrorist before a plan to leave New Orleans ill with radiation poisoning becomes a terrifying reality.
