Owen Granger was a man who was an NCIS Assistant Director stationed in Los Angeles, and also the father of Jennifer Kim.

Physical Appearance

Granger was a man in his fifties with a bald head and brown eyes.

Like his colleagues in the OSP, Granger often wore a NCIS bulletproof vest with the words "NCIS" in the centre of it, the vest covering Granger's upper and lower chest areas.

He later began wearing a small version of the vest, one that covered the centre of his chest.

Granger also carried a SIG-Sauer P229 as his personal sidearm.

Trivia

• Miguel Ferrer who played Owen Granger was the oldest of five children with his parents, actor José Ferrer and singer Rosemary Clooney, making Ferrer a cousin of fellow actor George Clooney.
• In real life, Ferrer was diagnosed with throat cancer during the filming of NCIS: Los Angeles Season 8. He died on January 19, 2017 at the age of 61 from both the illness and heart failure four days after the NCIS: Los Angeles Season 8 episode, Hot Water (episode) had aired for the first time in the United States.
