Patton Plame (AKA "Triple P") is a Investigative Computer Specialist/hacker who is also a member of the NCIS New Orleans Team led by NCIS Special Agent Dwayne Cassius Pride.
He is also the godfather of Donna.

Not much is known about Patton's life expect for the fact that he has been married and divorced three times, his ex-wives being Theresa, Jasmine and Doctor Anna Yoon.
Patton later wound up in a wheelchair due to a boating accident.
Eight years prior to NCIS: New Orleans, Patton became so addicted to gambling that he began using his skills to cheat. He eventually wound up in trouble with the Louisiana Gaming Commission with Pride personally intervening and convincing the feds to let Patton apply his talents to the Fleet Cyber Command presumably rather than send him to prison.
