People v. Gunny is the seventeenth episode of JAG Season 5 and also the 102nd episode of the entire JAG series.

Synopsis

When Gunny is involved in a suspected gay-bashing case, Admiral Chegwidden steps in to defend him when he is accused in a civilian trial of being anti-gay with one of the witnesses to the alleged gay-bashing being Petty Officer Tiner.
