People v. Rabb is the tenth episode of JAG Season 3 and also the 47th episode of the entire JAG series.
Synopsis
When a member of the Russian mafia is shot dead, Harm who had been attempting to get information concerning the whereabouts of his father is accused of murdering the man, forcing Mac who's now a civilian into defending Harm while the JAG team attempt to find the real killer.
