Rebecca Chase is a woman who is also ex-wife of NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs.

Rebecca had an affaire with Gene Isaacson while she - unbeknownst to him - was still married Leroy Jethro Gibbs who was on a three month tour in the Mediterranean as Agent Afloat.
She is also been stated in "Hung Out to Dry", to get drunk and dial Gibbs incessantly on the day of their former wedding anniversary, which leads him to aggressively disable or even ruin his phones to shut her out.
NCIS Season 12[]
In Check, about to marry Gene Isaacson and having gotten help for her seining problem, Rebecca enlists Diane Sterling’s help to try and make amends with Leroy Jethro Gibbs for cheating on him when they were married.
