Tasked with bringing an old Hispanic Marine who served at the Battle of Chosin Reservoir back to Washington D.C. for court-martial due to the Marine being accused of desertion, Gunny and the Marine soon find themselves battling for their lives against a group of men who want them dead while Admiral Chegwidden goes on vacation with Gunny's sister. Back at JAG HQ, Harm who has been named Acting JAG begins seeing romantic hallucinations of Mac after falling off Admiral Chegwidden's chair and Mic returns.
