Retrial is the third episode of JAG Season 10 and the 208th episode of the entire JAG series.
Synopsis
Harm reopens a twenty-two year old murder case after discovering evidence that the defendant who was a young Seaman may be innocent and that there may be prosecutorial misbehavior while Mac and Bud deal with a Chief Warrant Officer who has four wives as well as four families.
