Robin Thomas (born February 12, 1949) is an actor who appeared in the JAG Season 2 episode, Ghosts (episode) as Phil Delaney.
He later guest-starred in the NCIS Season 5 episode, Leap of Faith (episode) as Doctor Neil Fleming and the NCIS: Los Angeles Season 3 episode, Lone Wolf (episode) as Dennis White.
