NCIS Season 4
In Twisted Sister, Sarah shows up at Tim's apartment covered in blood thinking she has killed someone while Tim is trying to write. She showers and explains to Tim what she did last night but forgets claiming to kill someone. She has intermittent flash backs of the previous day. She tells Tim not to call the police as she came to her brother, not a Federal Agent. She questions why he emailed in sick and makes fun of him about what he was saving the excuse for. She and Tim attempt to retrace her steps for the previous day but find a four-hour window that she cannot recall. She determines she took a cab to Tim's place and suggests that she suffered some trauma that has caused her memory loss.
After Tim goes to her campus and sees his team investigating the body of a deceased sailor, he returns to the apartment and tells her they need to go in to NCIS. However, as soon as she is able to, she slips out. She is later found by campus security and is brought in by Tony and Ziva where she inadvertently reveals to them about Tim's book. She accompanies the team down to the evidence garage where Abby finds a knife that triggers her memory to reveal part of what she believes was a fight. She is then arrested and while awaiting interrogation she studies. Gibbs interviews her about what happened but she explains she only gets flashes. She has one that makes her think she did kill the sailor, a short while later Tim bursts in saying Abby has proof that she was drugged. She is present when those who killed the sailor, Madison and Samuel Tate, were arrested where she slaps the girl who drugged her; now knowing that Madison had slipped date rape drugs into a jar of peanut butter Sarah carries for her favorite pizza so that Tate could take advantage of her but was saved by Petty when he stopped the assault from happening but was stabbed and killed. She then tells Carolyn that Petty had emailed her to say he had found his soulmate and he was sorry.
NCIS Season 11
Sarah is mentioned by Tim in Rock and a Hard Place, while trying to find a safehouse for Manheim Gold after all the hotels were booked that she was visiting, leading to Tony calling her hot.
NCIS Season 19
Sarah is mentioned briefly in Docked by her sister-in-law, Delilah Fielding. Her niece and nephew were staying with her while her brother's mother-in-law, Judy Price Fielding, was staying with Tim and Delilah due to a bomb being planted in Judy's house. Based on Sarah being able to babysit on short notice in an emergency, it implies that she lives in the D.C. area.
Physical Appearance
Personality
Similar to her brother, Sarah can be rather stubborn but is not afraid to ask for help when she needs it. During her appearance, she was incredibly worried that she had murdered an ex-boyfriend but at the same time didn't seem to take the situation as seriously as she should have as she was more concerned about schoolwork and Tim believing her as well as constantly refusing to go to NCIS to try to find out the truth.
During the episode she also reveals herself to be somewhat vengeful and childish as she had admitted to sending numerous e-mail death threats to her ex for breaking up with her and when making childish blog posts about the cheerleader's dance routine and uniforms.
