Sister City (Part 1) is the 12th episode of NCIS Season 13 and the 294th episode of the entire NCIS series.
It is also the first part of a crossover episode with the NCIS spin-off, NCIS: New Orleans with the second part, Sister City (Part 2) (episode) as part of NCIS: New Orleans Season 2.
This episode also marks the final appearance of Anton Pavlenko.
Synopsis
When the passengers and fight crew of a private plane belonging to a military tech company including a Navy Commander are discovered dead after their plane lands, the entire crew having been fatally poisoned, the NCIS team investigate what happened and during the investigation, they also form a partnership with their New Orleans counterparts as the two teams attempt to find Abby's missing brother and determine a motive for the poisoning.

- Largely because of how it acted as a crossover episode, it does not lead into the credits of NCIS at the end of the episode. Instead, it immediately starts with Sister City: Part 2 upon the end of the episode.
