Sister City: Part 2 is the 12th episode of NCIS: New Orleans Season 2 and the 35th episode of the entire NCIS: New Orleans series.
It is also the second part of a crossover with the main NCIS series with the first part, "Sister City" which is an episode in NCIS Season 13.
Synopsis
In the aftermath of Russian Counselor Anton Pavlenko's murder via poison in Washington D.C., NCIS Probationary Agent Eleanor Bishop escorts his remains to New Orleans for an autopsy where she also helps Pride and his team investigate a Russian sleeper agent involved with Luca Sciuto, Abby's adopted brother who is connected to a poisoning case that originated in Washington D.C.
