Synopsis

When an old academy classmate of Harm's is found dead, the prime suspect in her death also dies under mysterious circumstances with the NCIS agent on board the U.S.S. Seahawk believing that Harm could be the killer, sending the JAG team into a tailspin as they attempt to save Harm.
