When Josh Pendry, the son of Harm's girlfriend, Annie Pendry witnesses a murder while on a class field trip to Andrews Air Force Base, he becomes the target of a German weapons buyer for Saddam Hussein who will stop at nothing in killing Josh, forcing Harm to intervene and stop the buyer from carrying out his plan but when Josh is kidnapped, Harm and the JAG team race against the clock to find the young boy before it's too late.
