Spinning Wheel is the 11th episode of NCIS Season 13 and the 293rd episode of the entire NCIS series.
Synopsis
When Ducky is attacked by a man claiming to have information on his half-brother who supposedly died decades ago, the NCIS team investigate as they seek to find the man responsible for Ducky's abduction and solve the murder of a Marine Private. Ducky remembers the final emotional days he had with his half-brother while, with Christmas approaching, Bishop and Jake reunite to discuss the future of their relationship.
