Stephanie Bronwyn Flynn is a woman who is the ex-wife #3 of Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
Biography
Pre-Series
She and Gibbs lived together in Moscow for 6 months and didn't have a very long lasting relationship. Their marriage only lasted 14 months. They married presumably around/on 30 September (Hung Out to Dry).
She drunk-dialed Gibbs every anniversary the first few years after their divorce. Every time she did, Gibbs trashed the phone.
She at one point lived in the Jackson Hotel

She appears in Ex-File (episode) when she locates the body of her friends husband and is romantically involved with one of the main suspects.
