Steven M. Gagnon (born April 2, 1953) is an actor who appeared in the JAG Season 2 episode, Crossing the Line (episode) as Landing Signal Officer and the JAG Season 5 episode, Into the Breech (episode) as Captain Jenkins (Into the Breech).
He later guest-starred in the NCIS Season 6 episode, Semper Fidelis (episode) as CIA Director Roger Kirkwood and the NCIS: Los Angeles Season 1 episode, Ambush (episode) as Desmond.
