Talia "Tali" David was the daughter of Eli David and Rivka David as well as the younger sister of Ziva David, the younger half-sister of Ari Haswari and also the aunt and namesake of Ziva's daughter, Tali David-DiNozzo.
Biography
Pre-Series
Much is not known about Tali except for the fact that she was born on November 23rd and that she resided in Israel, presumably living a relatively normal life.
However, when she was sixteen years old, Tali was killed in a Hamas suicide bombing.

Although her personality was not revealed, Ziva remarked that Tali had compassion.

Tali's death greatly devastated Ziva to such an extent that Ziva soon personally sought revenge against the members who had carried out the bombing and it's presumed that she was successful in avenging her sister.
Following that, Ziva also began a tradition where she would attend the opera every November 21 to honor Tali.
Years later, Ziva gave her daughter Tali's first name, presumably so to keep Tali's memory still very much alive.
