The Promised Land is the second episode of JAG Season 8 and the 160th episode of the entire JAG series.
Synopsis
As Bud returns home to begin rehab after losing his right leg which occurred when he accidentally stepped on a landmine while in Afghanistan, Harm and Mac take on a case where a Marine Corporal who deserted after converting to Judaism faces a court-martial after being caught on TV with Harm and Mac defending the Marine while Turner and Singer prosecute.
